Prior to going through this program, I was suffering from food sensitivities, anxiety, insomnia, brain fog, and a lack of energy and motivation. When I started the program, I had MCAS, insomnia, mold toxicity, candida, anxiety, low weight, I was only eating 5 foods, brain fog, frequent UTIs and viruses. After completing the Limbic System Rewire program, MCAS and histamine issues are completely gone. I'm sleeping better. I'm eating more foods and even eating out.
